香港IVE長期留学生の研究報告会と送別会を開催しました （Hong Kong IVE long-term foreign students gave a training report.）

香港IVEからの3名の留学生の研究報告会を5月7日（火）に実施しました。
3月から5月まで本校学生寮に滞在し、機械工学科 宮下研究室、電気電子工学科 大澤研究室、春日研究室で行った研究成果を質疑応答含め30分で報告しました。
その2日後の5月9日（木）には、長期研修の修了式と、送別会を実施しました。修了式では土居校長より修了証を授与されるとともに、指導教員らからも長期にわたる研究の労を労われました。
放課後の学生食堂で開催された送別会には30名を超える学生・教職員が参加し、英語による活発な交流が行われました。
本交流は毎年行われており、今後も継続して実施していく予定です。

Three foreign students from Hong Kong IVE made a training report on Tuesday, 7th of May.
They stayed in our student dormitory from March to May, and conducted research activity at Miyashita Laboratory in the Mechanical Engineering Department, and at Osawa Laboratory and Kasuga Laboratory in the Electrical & Electronic Engineering Department.
Two days later, on Thursday, 9th of May, the International Exchange Center hosted a ceremony for completion of the long-term training and a farewell party. They were awarded a Certificate of Completion for the research activity by Dr. Nobukazu Doi, President of Nagano KOSEN College.
After that, the farewell party was held at the College Cafeteria. More than 30 students, teachers and staffs participated in the party and enjoyed their conversation with the 3 IVE students in English.
This exchange program will be continued in every year in future.
